The BLK Leadership Accelerator is an immersive, comprehensive program aimed at fostering capacity-building in Black nonprofit leaders.
This program is carefully designed for those navigating systemic challenges, striving to construct organizations that can impactfully contribute to the community's overall well-being.
Through a wide array of courses released each month, the program imparts practical knowledge, helping these leaders to cultivate sustainable organizations that create lasting change.
In Depth Curriculum
The program offers an exhaustive and diverse curriculum to equip participants with a full spectrum of knowledge required to run a non-profit organization effectively. From understanding the legal structure to financial management, board governance, and donor engagement, the curriculum offers 360-degree preparation.

Courses are presented by subject matter experts who bring their unique insights and professional experiences to enrich the learning process.

Course Curriculum
Meet the Founder, Jade Merritt
Jade Merritt is the founder and executive director of the BLK ED Network and a dedicated advocate for equitable opportunities. Building on her experiences, including founding the 501(c)(3) organization Mikey's Miracle Foundation, Inc., and leading J. Merritt Consulting Group, she envisioned the BLK Leadership Accelerator Program. Her goal: to empower those starting in the non-profit sector, particularly Black leaders, providing them with essential tools and knowledge to effect impactful change in their communities.
